Aarti has over 8+ years of rich experience in Human Resource and is part of NewGen IT since the beginning of year 2020. She is heading Human Resource Operations. As per her she has chosen NewGen IT because of the reputation of the organization within the industry and the standards you expect of your staff, and you are clearly an organization who supports its staff in their work. She wants to work in an organization that will support me within the role of HR Manager, because she too has very high standards and feel it is important to have the support of senior management of the organization when working in this role. Human Resources is, in her opinion, an integral part of the successful management of any organization.

In her current role she is managing customers at PAN India locations, and she is very good in managing customer relationship. Her motive is to acquire new customers and to retain them by providing timely delivery and extra ordinary support.

Kamal Kant is a business and technology leader with more than 14 years of experience in delivering world-class support and Services across diverse industry sectors such as banking and financial services, Auto Industries, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, retail, and technology.

In his current role, Kamal is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. Prior to NewGenIT, Kamal worked with Sun pharma, HCL, and IBM in leadership roles.
