Supply, Installation, and Management: 4,960 All-In-One systems.
In February 2024, the Rajasthan High Court initiated a major
project aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its
judicial processes. This project involved the delivery and
installation of 4,960 All-In-One (AIO) systems across 1,240 courts
in 36 districts, including tehsil-level courts, with a total value
of Rs. 22.04 crore.
Project Scope:

Smooth transition for court staff to the new systems.
Logistics and Delivery:
Pre-Delivery Preparations:
Operating systems were pre-installed and rigorously tested at the
OEM's manufacturing facility, ensuring reliability and minimizing
on-site installation time.
Coordination:
The project team effectively managed the geographic spread and
holiday interruptions by establishing two delivery hubs in Jaipur
and Jodhpur. The delivery process was meticulously planned to
maintain the project timeline despite festive periods.
Installation and User Training:
Installation teams were dispatched to set up each AIO unit in the
respective courts. User manuals were provided to court staff to
facilitate an easy transition and ensure efficient operation of
the new systems.
Future Opportunities
We are exploring additional opportunities with the Hon'ble
Rajasthan High Court, including Document Management Systems (DMS),
LAN setup, server implementation, and other IT products and
management solutions.
